Welcome to our Remodeled Site!

We did it! We dipped our toe into the giant lake of professional blog design and hired "Goofy Girl" to redesign our GREEN blog. All for a minimal investment.

If you recall our green site "You Look Good in Green" was just color and text. No graphics, no branding, just a lima bean green blog.

Blog Sisters hired Heather from Goofy Girl Designs and she helped us create a three column template and designed the new header. Christine even learned how to add the wallpaper in the background to complement the title, the lake and green trees extending beyond your computer screen.

We wanted a picture, a story that speaks to anyone, a father, a child. Who doesn't love the outdoors, on a perfect spring day? The lake dazzling like diamonds from the sun's rays, a father teaching his son or daughter to fish, children shrieking with delight when they catch their first fish.

The air, the water, the energy-- we breathe it, drink it, live it everyday. We also take it for granted.

Our goal is to learn how our daily activities impact our earth's ecosystem. The good and the bad, and how we can start changing habits, one simple step at a time. But we also want this journey to be fun!

Christine and I are brainstorming some ideas to celebrate our new site and to invite you to participate. So stay tuned.
